The children went on an adventure to Oakfield First School exploring the nature trail and looking for signs of Spring. We talked about the differences between Oakfield School and The Lawns Nursery environments, noting the similarities and differences. The children were able to look closely at the beautiful daffodils, learning to use their skills of observation in order to produce a representation of what they saw back at nursery. We discussed the many scents and colours in nature and compared what we saw on our Spring walk to what we had seen on our Autumn walk.
